The VH1 programme, which was aptly named ‘LeAnn & Eddie’, has been axed after just an eight-episode run in its first season, E! has confirmed.
The couple – who met when Eddie was married to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Brandi Glanville and LeAnn to chef, Dean Sheremet, previously said they were going to use the show to dismiss certain public opinions about their marriage.
LeAnn – who married Eddie in April 2011 – said: ‘The biggest global misconception would be that we’re not two people who are really in love with each other, that there are ulterior motives to our relationship.
‘But people just don’t get it. Hopefully people will get a chance to see how we just click.’
