Following the sudden and surprising death of UK pop singer/songwriter Amy Winehouse on Saturday, July 22, 2011, there are now claims that her Camden Square home in Northern London has been robbed.
According to reports, the late singer’s dad, Mitch Winehouse, confirmed the news and believes someone broke into her apartment and stole lyrics notebooks and letters from Amy’s home after she died.
‘This is such a sickening shock to the family. That someone would stoop so low. They can’t get their heads around it’, an insider said.
The late singer’s corpse was cremated according to Jewish tradition on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at Golders Green Crematorium in North London.
