Following last night’s rant on Twitter by awardwinning film maker, Kunle Afolayan, another Nollywood practitioner has reacted to Kunle’s branding of Igbos as the major pirates of Nollywood movies.
This time, it is Nollywood director, Ifeanyi Ikpoenyi called Mr Hollywood by some of his friends, who has taken to Facebook to respond to Kunle’s tweets. As far as Ifeanyi is concerned, Kunle is an overrated film maker.

I think i have to say this first, The OBA does not have any right to force anyone to vote for anybody… We all have the right to vote for anybody.
Kunle Afolayan should have said whatever he wants to say about piracy before the OBA’s comment, why same time? He sounded as if “WAR AGAINST IGBO” I’m a yoruba man and i won’t take that because We are one in Nigeria.
Ifeanyi Ikpoenyi, I’m 100% sure you have something against Kunle, why is it now that you know Kunle is overrated? You should have tell us a long time ago… I see this as jealous, I’m sorry but i have to tell you, you are jealous of that young man… You can also get Yinka Davies and let see what will come out of it.
he is indeed,i dont see that kunle has good actor, have watched some is films and it doesnt really have anything to offer as actor even as a producer or a film maker, he looks proud and feels he knows more than others
I think you guys share a wrong thought about Kunle,the guy is more of a filmmaker than actor ,but if you don’t have the acting skills you can never be a good producer,that is what I will advise our Igbo producers to be professional in producing high quality films that is close to international quality.
If it was that easy, why don't you hire his dop and make a better film? Yeye dey smell. He doesn't even know the correct name of his dop.
