Kim Kardashian is still pushing the frontiers of fashion and this time she took it to yet another level in her latest daring photo shoot.

She was styled by her husband, Kanye West for the pictures and can be seen in a nude bodysuit and black stockings, reclining seductively on a mountain of earth.
