The 34-year old reality TV star only recently started taking lessons from acclaimed Russian pianist, Oksana Kolesnikova who runs her own music school in Beverly Hills, California after seeking a recommendation from producer pal, Kenny ‘Babyface’ Edmonds.
Kim is, however, already planning to surprise her family with a special performance at the school’s annual showcase in May.
A source said she decided to get private tuition from the blonde beauty who was mistakenly linked to Mel Gibson in 2009 after her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian gave her a piano for Christmas in December.
The insider also told TMZ that the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star is practising a lot and is taking the upcoming event very seriously as she used to watch her late father, Robert Kardashian, play the piano when she was younger.
