Kim Kardashian West decided to put some clothes on for a good cause as she made her way to a World Aids Day gala in a glam outfit and strappy heels by Givenchy with her mom who doubles as her manager, Kris Jenner by her side.
The two-piece, sleeveless flowing, frock altar-neck dress with slits up by the sides revealed a lot of flesh from Kim’s well-toned abs and legs. And with the two long pieces of fabric draping down from the shoulders, the designer probably used all available material for this dress.
