The seemingly troubled actress had filed a new lawsuit of alleged domestic violence and restraining order against Depp, just less than a week after filing for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.

While granting the actress’ request, the court temporarily ordered Depp – who is currently in Portugal for a charity event in support of a hearing health care mission – to stay at least 100 yards away from Amber until a hearing next month, E!online reports.
