The actor took to his Instagram account late Friday, April 10, 2015 to make the attack known, saying the criminals broke into his car and made away with his travelling bags (a black bag and a brown bag) including his laptop bag which contains his passports and unspecified amount of money and other essential items.
According to John, he was actually walking towards his car when the incident occurred but the criminals, who operated in a black one door golf 4 car, told him to stay away or risk being shot dead.
I was walking towards my car when I saw them taking my stuff out into their car….they said if I didn’t stay away, they would shoot me. I just wanna thank God for my life….#Godforgivethem
