Days after publicising Asa’s suit against his hit single ‘Contour’, Joeboy has released a new single ‘Likkle Riddim’.
‘Likkle Riddim’ was produced and co-written by P.Priime, the producer behind the songs on Asa’s fifth studio album ‘V’.
In August, he released his hit single ‘Contour’, a single that was recently caught in a copyright controversy. With the accusing party, Asa, not giving further comments on the allegations, the faith of the song is still undecided.
Contour currently has over 3 million streams worldwide, with his first single of the year, ‘Cubana’, amassing over 4 million streams since its release on March 30, 2022.
Since breaking into the limelight in 2019, the 25-year-old singer, who holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, has become one of Nigeria’s most promising stars putting Nigeria on the global stage with their outstanding music.
With multiple awards to his credit, Joeboy has released multiple projects in three years, including his highly acclaimed album, ‘Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic’, a project he released in February 2021.
