Choc City’s music star and producer, Jesse Jagz will lead a panel of judges in a competition helping new music acts gain a measure of fame and fortune. Tagged Emerging Stars Contest, Jesse, who made a return to Choc City a few months ago, will lead the team expected to select the 10 top songs by solo artistes, groups and bands.
Budding musicians, groups and bands interested can now send in their songs for the Emerging Stars Contest for a chance to make it to the list of top 10 songs which will be showcased on Star Music App.
The top 3 artistes form the list will get to perform on Star Music’s The Trek alongside stars like 2Face, MI, Wande Coal, Yemi Alade and others. In addition, the overall winner will get a new song produced by Jesse Jagz with additional nationwide promotional media support from Cool & Wazobia FM.
Entries for the contest are open from today, July 1, 2015 and will close at 11:59pm on July 5, 2015 and the competition is open only to artistes not younger than 18 years from all over Nigeria.
