He was arrested in June during gang crackdown in California. A judge has sentenced him and ordered him to partake in a substance abuse treatment program while in prison. He pleaded guilty to one count of felon in possession of a firearm.
Jeremy before the jail term got a brief moment of fame as he landed a Hollywood Agent deal and was offered $100, 000 to star in an adult film.
