The debate over which rappers are the greatest have long been argued wherever hip-hop heads, fans and intellectuals are gathered.
Adding fuel to the on-going debate, Billboard released their list of the 10 greatest rappers of all time, continuing the never ending conversation on the already hot topic.
Knowing the list would incite reactions, Billboard made sure to specify they ranked ‘rappers and not rap artist’, which explains why Dr. Dre and Kanye West didn’t make the list.

What kind of list is this? How can any reasonable list of greatest rappers of all time be written and P DIDDY, TUPAC SHAKUR, SNOOP DOGG and DR DRE are missing, yet NOTORIOUS BIG is No. 1 and even LAURYN HILL made the cut.
This is definitely not an objective list and was not compiled by a person with real knowledge of rap music.
