Celeb couple Jay Z and Beyonce have donated $100,000 to the Lenox Hill Hospital where they took delivery of their first child Blue Ivy.
‘Jay Z and Beyonce made a very large donation to Lenox Hill Hospital several months ago – the donation was at least $100,000’, an insider at the hospital told RadarOnline.com.
Beyonce was been admitted into the ‘luxurious’ wing of the hospital a day before she birthed Blue Ivy on Sunday morning, January 8, 2012.
It is believed that the very generous donation was made before the couple checked in to the hospital’s brand new ‘VIP suite’.
Jay and Bey have already spent over $1.5M on gifts for eight-day-old Blue Ivy. The couple recently acquired a $600,000 rocking horse, a $15,000 high chair and a $30,000 playhouse. Add that to the gold handmade Ginza Tanaka rocking horse for $600,000 and a mini Bugatti car Beyonce received as gifts from Jay Z.
The couple got married on April 4, 2008 after dating for a few years,

Does it matter whether they spent all their earnings on the new born Blue Ivy.
so much hullaballo about this birth, we tot she was suppose to put to bed by february or is it premature. she put to bed tru c-section
I strongly believe she isn’t pregnant. For the couple to occupied the whole floor of a hospital and also ask all the nurses & doctors to switch of their phones, something is completely wrong. Abi na whale she wan give birth to? Other celebraties film their deliveries and never acquired the whole floor of a hospital or ask them to switch off phones. This thing get k leg. That baby was adopted!
Good for them but the young catholic students world wide are just so disappointed at that young man Called Jay-Z.
