The joy of every artiste is to reap the fruit of the hard work put into their trade. This joy becomes more exciting when such rewards come in handy and in the form of an eye popping gift worth millions of Naira.
This is the case for artistes on the Trybe Records label owned by rapper and music entrepreneur, Lanre Dabiri otherwise known as eLDee, who recently purchased a cadillac escalade Limousine car worth over N16 million for his artistes. According to him, it is a huge investment and a way of showing that the management is one of class and style.
The label was established in 1990 and had as acts, the likes of Kaboom, Sasha, Dr Sid, 2shotz, Freestyle and himself before the split. Trybe is now home to eLDee himself, K9, Sojay and Eva Alordiah.
