Calvin Harris won Taylor Swift‘s heart with just text message.
The ‘Style’ hitmaker flew to Las Vegas to watch the 31-year old DJ perform on Saturday, March 7, 2015 after he flooded her phone with messages for two weeks after they clicked at the 2015 BRIT Awards in London last month.
A source close to the 25-year old signer said: ‘That’s when it really started popping off.’
The two were spotted strolling around the blonde beauty’s native Nashville, Tennessee last week before attending Kenny Chesney‘s concert together.
Eyewitness, Sydnie Beeman told Us Weekly magazine that the Scottish heartthrob made no attempt to hide his affections for the ‘Blank Space’ beauty after she performed a duet with the country singer.
She said: ‘He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her.’
They both have a lot in common and are both extremely ambitious, according to a source close to Calvin.
However, as in all cases, it seems not everyone is happy for the new couple. An insider recently claimed the ‘Summer’ hitmaker’s ex-girlfriend Rita Ora warned Taylor that he will eventually break her heart.
‘Rita has become concerned that Taylor is headed for yet another heartbreak. She passed a message to Taylor through a mutual friend to give her a head’s up that while Calvin might be the most wonderful boyfriend at first, showering his partners with flowers, presents, and nonstop affection, he eventually turns as cold as ice for no reason.
‘Rita knows Taylor has been through the ringer with so many high profile names and she just wants Taylor to be better informed about what she could be up for,’ the source said.
