On Wednesday, May 2, 2012, 2face Idibia and long-time girlfriend Annie Macaulay wedded secretly after much intense speculation and anticipation.
The couple succeeded in keeping guests at the ceremony limited as it was exclusively attended by close family members including the parents of the bride and groom.
We’re told no cameras were allowed, and that the pair are determined to keep everything that happened at the registry ‘as Private as possible’.
But some sources want us to believe the picture above, with the Idibias raising up their right hands, was taking during oath taking at the registry.
The pair have not confirmed or denied the picture, but 2face, who has been playing the loverboy since February 14, confirmed the wedding actually took place when he announced on micro-blogging site ‘Hello beautiful pple of the republic! It is true! It is official! Annie and I r legally married! Thanx 4 your support and best wishes’.
Annie tweeted her gratitude today: ‘Wanna say a BIG thank U,2 evry1 who sent I and my husband congratulations messages n Best wishes..It Feelz so good!’
An elaborate white wedding is scheduled to hold later in the year, according to those close to the couple.
