The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) in Lagos raided an apartment, which is known to house teenage Chinese prostitutes, arresting thirteen of the girls while some others escaped.
NET visited the location at 16 Emina Crescent, off Toyin Street, Ikeja and confirmed the incident, which occurred recently.
A security man on the street who would rather remain annonoymous told us ‘na those oyibo asawo get this street for night, and na small small girls’.
It was also gathered that not all the girls were arrested as some were locked up in a hideout – a building directly opposite the house that was raided.
A Chinese couple named Sun and Yin Li allegedly owns the cartel.
