Following his sex tape leaked last week, Hulk Hogan says he’s suing for more than $100m.
Disclosing the news at a conference in Tampa on October 15, 2012, Hogan’s lawyer announced two lawsuits filed today by the wrestler — one against Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife for illicitly recording Hulk without his permission, and another against celeb website Gawker for publishing the tape, TMZ reports.
According to the website, the woman is rumoured to be Heather Clem, wife of radio show host Bubba the Love Sponge.
Hogan in the suit claims he ‘had a reasonable expectation of privacy in his consensual, intimate activities in a private bedroom and reasonably believed that his privacy was safe and protected’.
