It has been revealed that South African Paralympian, Oscar Pistorius had a secret phone conversation with a former girlfriend shortly before killing Reeva Steenkamp.
The Reports, which surfaced on Thursday, October 2, 2014, has it that the 27-year old Olympic sprinter allegedly spent nine minutes on the line with his ex-girlfriend identified as Jenna Edkins stored in his mobile phone under the name Babyshoes.
Meanwhile, details of the call were never presented before the court during Pistorius’ six month murder trial, with Mobile phone data uncovered by South African journalists, Barry Bateman and Mandy Wiener during the research for their forthcoming book, Behind The Door showing that Pistorius was on the phone with Miss Edkins on the eve of the killing.
Pistorius who was found guilty of culpable homicide in the killing of his late girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp will appear in court again on Monday, October 13, 2014 ahead of his sentencing.
