Depp and Amber had been married for barely 15 months before seeking dissolution of the union due to irreconcilable differences.
According to TMZ, Depp has now been freshly served another lawsuit by Amber for alleged battery complete with photographic evidence.

The lawsuit, along with a restraining order comes less than a week after the 30-year-old actress filed for divorce.

Amber’s request for spousal support was however turned down due to the unmet conditions of length of marriage and the needs of the individuals involved, but it appears the actress is desperate not to let go without a fight.
A source revealed to PEOPLE that the incident isn’t an isolated event, only the latest incident.
Depp is reportedly yet to respond to the new domestic violence charges.
