Here’s Where Mercy And Her Future Husband Will Call Home!

One of our favourite actresses Mercy Johnson has in the past months consistently been in the news regarding the controversy surrounding her marriage date. She has debunked several dates, including the August 28 2011 date that had been widely reported in the media.

But a certain young man by the name Akin, whom Nigerian Entertainment Today (NET) gathered is the actress’ brother-in-law, told close friends early last week, that Ms. Johnson and hubby (his brother) Prince Odanosen Okojie would exchange wedding vows come August 25-27 this year.

The burnt-but-reconstructed Balmoral Hall in Lagos is a likely venue for the wedding reception, we learnt.

Johnson was looking all radiant and full of smiles; clad in an Ankara outfit when NET spotted her at her to-be husband’s residence at Oluwadamilola Fashade Street, Omole Phase 1, Lagos on the night of Sunday May 15, 2011 – Neighbours said it was her hubby’s birthday.

In the wake of Monday, May 16, the actress was again sited on the balcony of the apartment, dressed in a yellow nightgown. Those close to the pair assure us this is where they will settle and live as husband and wife.

It would be recalled that Mercy Johnson and the Edo-born prince held their traditional introductions at the actress’ family home in Ebiraland (Okene, Kogi State) on Friday November 27, 2009.
