The Delta state-born actress passed on in the early hours of Monday at R-Jolad Hospital, Bariga, Lagos after a long battle with diabetes.
The grieving family of the ‘Omolade’ actress, who are still struggling to come to terms with her shocking demise have announced that she will be buried on Friday at Atan Cementary, Yaba, Lagos.

Her last moments
Contrary to reports that she slumped before she was rushed to the hospital, her younger brother, Krisvosa, who was her manager, denied that.
Krisvosa said Henrietta fell seriously ill two weeks ago and was taken to R-Jolad Hospital, Bariga, and had returned home before the sickness relapsed.

According to him, ‘It all started two weeks ago. Apparently, she was diabetic and was managing the ailment. She fell seriously ill two weeks ago and we took her to the hospital and where she was admitted for few days. She came back home doing very fine. She showed great sign of recovery and everybody was happy that the storm was over.
‘Few days after, the sickness relapsed and we took her back to the hospital. She was admitted for the second time and died two days after. She died around 9 am on Monday morning.’
Where’s her body?
Her family confirmed to Nigerian Entertainment Today, during our visit to her home yesterday that her remains had been deposited in the morgue at R-Jolad Hospital.
Where will she be buried?
The family of the late actress announced the burial arrangements for the late actress this morning. Details of the burial indicate that there will be a Christian wake and artiste performance on Thursday June 9, 2016 between 4pm and 9pm at LTV 8, Ikeja, Lagos, while she will be laid to rest on Friday at Atan Cemetery, Yaba Lagos.
Between Henrietta and Jide Kosoko
Until her demise, she was married to the legendary Lagos-born actor. They lived together for several years at Jide Kosoko’s former house at Ajasa Command, by Ekoro Road, Abule-Egba, Lagos.
She is survived by four children
A mother of four, Henrietta Kosoko had a set of twins from her previous marriage to one Mr. Olowu. She also gave birth to a boy (Oluwamuyiwa) and a girl (Temilade) with Jide Kosoko.
Her unfulfilled dream was to see her son hit it big in the Nigeria music industry, a source close to her told NET.
