The German beauty showed off her sexy body recently as she soaks up the sun while on holiday in Jamaica with her children and boyfriend, Vito Schnabel.
Heidi took to the beach in a barely there, polka-dot bikini which displayed her tanned and toned figure to perfection.
The string two-piece left very little to the imagination and showed that despite having four kids, Heidi remains in a good shape.
