Nigeria’s biggest music award, The Headies Awards, nominations list is out, and the lineup for this year’s categories is tough!
For the 15th edition of the Headies, the following artistes were nominated for The Best Recording Of The Year category.
Celebrate Me by Patoranking; Loving Is Harder by Johnny Drille; Somebody’s Son by Tiwa Savage ft Brandy; Essence by Wizkid Ft Tems; Joy by Falana; and Meji Meji by Brymo.
The 2022 Headies will hold at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, Atlanta, in September 2022.
It will be the first time the Headies, usually held in Lagos, will take place outside Nigeria since it was founded in 2006 by media entrepreneur Ayo Animashaun.
