Kenyan gospel singer, Juliana is taking his time to coach students on the necessity of farming as part of his mission to eradicate poverty in Kenya.
For some days now, the artiste has been touring Eldoret where he visited the Race Coarse Primary school and Chepkoilel University teaching students the use of modern farming equipment and techniques. Juliana, who was named the Amiran Poverty Eradication Ambassador in August, aims at changing the negative perception of the average youth about farming.
His ‘Farming is Cool concert tour’ is supported by Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS), Amiran Kenya, Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) and the Nation Media Group and will come to a halt on Sunday, November 17, 2013.
