In a world entertainment were the uttermost of absurd things fly, Kennis Music act Goldie seems to be aware of the effect of projecting music with unusual elements – Gothic themes, symbolism, et al.
I want to believe Goldie picked up DVDs of US pop acts Rihanna and Lady Gaga (both who are well known for creating semi-pshyco videos) and understudied them for a while. Don’t get me wrong, Goldie has stood out, way before she even signed with Kennis Music with her clothing, themed look and don’t forget those eyelashes.
‘Don’t touch‘ won’t shock the singer’s fans that much as they are already in tune with her out-of-the world style but the question is will they adapt? The video is as weird as it can get and with video director Clarence Peters handling production, you can bet to get a clean and clear picture of Goldie’s new craze.
