He was involved in a motor board accident, he was rushed to the trauma unit of the Jackson Memorial Hospital and a day later into the Intensive Care Unit where he laid in critical condition. Doctors were not so convincing when asked about the singer’s possibility of stepping out of the hospital hale and hearty.
But Sean Kingston is back on his feet and can now breath without the use of an auxiliary machine. He took to the social microbloging site to express his thoughts ‘Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!‘, the 21-year-old delightfully said. Attached to his tweet was also a picture of himself, looking quite slimmer than his usually bulky self.
Sean Kingston’s fans weren’t the only ones happy to see the Jamaican-American singer alive and kicking as popular celebrity friends also expressed their joy on twitter; 17-year-old Pop sensation Justin Bieber had this to say ‘Got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight. a true friend and big bro. please keep him in your prayers tonight as well’ – @justinbieber

Kingston is expected to make full recovery in a matter of days.
