Ghana music star, Sarkodie has lashed out Ghanaians for not having fully accepted one of the country’s most prominent acts, Fuse ODG yet.
In a recent interview with ‘The Delay Show’ on Live TV, the ‘Mile 7 Saga’ rapper expressed his disappointment that hanaians are yet to recognise and celebrate Fuse ODG, who is of Ghanaian British origins, yet for exporting Ghana’s music to the global scene.
‘Fuse is one of the best who has been putting Ghana on the map, internationally. People are really sleeping on him so it is time Ghanaians recognise him and celebrate him in a way.
‘I think Ghanaians are not paying attention on what Fuse is doing. To me that is what I think. We have tried our best, as in me, R2bees and the rest.’
Fuse ODG, whose real name is Nana Richard Abiona, was born in London and he is best known for his 2013 hit single ‘Antenna.’
