Sean Kingston has settled a pending 2010 gang rape lawsuit.
Last week, the rapper and two other men were accused of gang-raping a drunken teenager in the singer’s hotel room back in 2010.
TMZ reports the Miami based rapper has not admitted to being guilty but has settled out of court.
Reports also say that Kingston has also paid his accuser Carissa Capeloto part of the $5m she’s asking for. The exact amount was not disclosed.
Kingston’s camp believes that he would have won the case if he had gone to trial, a source tells HipHopDx. The rapper admits having sex with Capeloto (who was 19 then) but insists it was consensual.
