We are now in August, which means we are about to enter the ‘Ember’ months and bid 2017 goodbye.
With just five months left in this year, there are some music collaborations we would love to see happen before we buy new calendars.

August – Beyoncé and Rihanna
Can you believe that it’s 2017 and we still haven’t been blessed by a collaboration by Queen Bey and Bad Gal Riri?
Given that both of them haven’t put out any new music in a minute, this is the perfect time for a flawless diamond to be created.
September – Davido and Wizkid
Think about it. It would be the perfect way to end a feud filled year and unite fans. We know it’s a stretch but we’ll keep our fingers crossed for this one.
October – Tiwa Savage and JAY-Z
Don’t you dare act like this thought didn’t cross your mind when you first heard about Tiwa’s Roc Nation signing. She is arguably Africa’s biggest female artiste and it’s time she proved it.
November – Simi and Ycee
These two are always showing each other too much love on Twitter so it’s time they show that love on a tune. We don’t know how Falz will feel about Simi hitting the studio with another rapper but we are sure it will be fire.
December – Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington
Basically, the Internet would shut down! You already know that they will make a music video which will provide us with enough memes to last us far into 2020.
