Spain striker, Fernando Torres looks to have been handed a lifeline to revive his ailing career as AC Milan and Atlético Madrid have reportedly agreed a deal to swap strikers Fernando Torres and Alessio Cerci on an 18-month loan deal.
You may recall that Torres first caught the world’s attention with his performances at Atletico Madrid between 2001 and 2007, and the striker has always admitted to having a sentimental attachment to the club where he came through the ranks as a youth player.
His big money transfer to Chelsea FC after his glorious days at Liverpool is deemed as a total disaster and his loan spell at AC Milan has yielded no revival of fortunes for him.
