Eva Alordiah has announced that her long-awaited debut album will be released in January 2015.
The album, titled 1960, will be released precisely on January 14, 2015 and while her fans wait for the album release date to finally arrive, the talented female rapper has announced that she will drop an EP on November 20, 2014 to give her teeming fans a taste of what to expect from the forthcoming album.
According to Eva, ‘I would love very much to have the fans enjoy 1960 right now if I could. January seems like such a long time to wait and so it is with pleasure that I share EVA, the EP for free. My little thank you for waiting.’
The album, 1960 produced by TinTin and Gray Jon’z features collaborations with Darey Art Alade, Femi Kuti, Yemi Alade, Olamide, Sarkodie and Sir Dauda.
Although arguably Nigeria’s leading female rapper at present, Eva has had a fairly successful career with collaborations, wide reach and endorsements and it defies logic as far as many industry heads are concerned, that she still does not have an album in the market.
