Managing your DStv account via SMS is seamless. All you have to do is send RESET (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333 to clear error messages. To determine the due date of your subscription, send DUE (space) SMARTCARD number to 30333. The first 10 digits of your smartcard number are required for this.
