Acclaimed Nollywood producer, Emem Isong has slated the premiere of her latest movie titled Champagne for this December.
Over the years, Emem has established herself as one of the most outstanding and successful producers in Nollywood, with movies such as Reloaded, Guilty Pleasures, Bursting Out and several others and continues the tradition with Champagne.
The new movie is a spell-binding romantic thriller about a couple in an open marriage whose habit of dating unsuspecting people for money and perks, takes an unexpected and decidedly dangerous turn at a point.
Champagne was shot on location in Johannesburg, South Africa and Houston, Texas and stars Majid Michel, Alexx Ekubo and South African actress, Rosemary Zimu.
Also in the movie, which is the directorial debut of Emem Isong, are the likes of Tana Adelana, Mbong Amata, Susan Peters, Padita Agu, and Anita Chris.
The premiere of the movie will hold in Lagos on December 19, 2014 and it will also be released at cinemas across Nigeria on the same day.
