Nigerian pop star, Wizkid is getting lots of accolades online for the recognition he got for his work on the ‘Views’ album that was released today by Drake.
A single off the album, ‘One Dance‘ was released a few weeks ago featuring Kyla and Wizkid.
Then, Drake gave a shout-out to Wizkid on his Instagram page with this post.
Shortly after, Drake released the official tracklist of the album where Wizkid is also credited as a co-producer of the song ‘One Dance’.
See fans reaction below…
At this point I’d agree that Wizkid has surpassed D’banj as Nigeria’s biggest global star.

Wizkid effortlessly doing what D’banj tried so hard but failed at doing on the international scene.. Respect!

Put respect aside then analyse by facts, achievements, baby making skills & recognition.
Wizkid is on top & has potentials to be greater

I am not trying to take anything away from wizkid but I had to check lyrics to know his part on the track

I just listened to Drake “One Dance” again. No offence, Wizkid was a backup singer, nothing more.
