US rapper, record producer and entertainment mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a law suit filed against him by Leroy ‘Tony’ Austin for a 2010 gun shooting incident at his Atlanta restaurant and bar Justins.
According to the Associated Press, the former Def Jam A&R was invited to the restaurant as a guest but was left injured after arriving at the building.
Austin, cousin to music executive Kevin Liles claims that the restaurant owners were fully aware of the ‘dangerous and hazardous conditions’ surrounding the building and owner Diddy,who’s also the CEO of Bad Boy Records, failed to maintain a safe environment by providing adequate security.
Austin was one of two men shot during the incident. He is seeking damages for his injuries.
