The just announced full list of nominees for the 2014 Channel O Africa Music Video Awards might just be fueling the already deepening battle for supremacy between Nigerian super stars Davido and Wizkid.
As far as 2014 goes already, Davido has grabbed 3 international awards, which include the MTV, BET and AFRIMA awards proclaiming him as the best artiste in Africa for the year.
Now he has just grabbed a total of 5 whopping nominations in 5 different categories in the forth coming channel O Africa video awards, while Wizkid got none except for a few songs he was featured on.
Davido leads the pack with nominations in the following categories: Most gifted Dance video, Most gifted afro pop video, Most gifted west video, Most gifted video of the year and Most Gifted male.
