Retired international footballer and super model,David Beckham on Monday, May 11, 2015 marked the 12th anniversary of his last game for his boyhood club, Manchester United.
The former PSG star, who featured in the game and scored a trademark free-kick against Everton at Goodison Park to ensure United won the match in a 2 – 1, took to his Facebook account to upload a message alongside a photo.
David Beckham, who made a £25m switch move to Spanish giants, Real Madrid in the summer of 2003, later played for AC Milan, PSG and LA Galaxy before retiring.
’12 years ago today I played my last game for my boyhood club, Manchester United. I had an amazing time there and have some great memories,’ he wrote on Facebook.
Beckham made 265 Premier League appearances for the Old Trafford team with 62 goals to show for his time at the red part of Manchester.
