Chris Brown scored a victory in court today, Friday, September 11, 2015. The R&B superstar won joint custody of his daughter Royalty.
According to TMZ, Chris Brown and baby mama Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston courtroom today where she wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights and only wanted to give him supervised visitation of their one-year-old baby.
But the judge disagreed, and awarded Brown with 50/50 physical custody. Royalty will go back and fourth every four days. Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A, and he gets to take Royalty home today.
