Creative Five World held yet another remarkable edition of its Charity Lounge at Terra Kulture, Victoria Island, Lagoson Thursday, July 12, 2012.
The event was hosted by Nollywood’s Joseph Benjamin and filmmaker Dotun Taylor and guests were treated to cocktails, finger foods and lunch from Terra Kulture.
Those honoured at the event included Stella Damasus, Gerald Azonobo, 2face Idibia, Funmi Iyanda, Julius Agwu, Bake for change, The Future Project, Lamboginny say no to crime, Save Laura Campaign and Kuth Foundation.
Some notable guests present include Jide Ologun, Chairman NIPR Lagos Chapter, Eni Balogun of Lise Beauty, Bolanle Austin Peters of Terra Kulture, Juliet Esiri, Korede Bello, and Lolo & Ogbolor of Wazobia FM.
‘Though there were significant difficulties in organizing this event and getting the inductees present especially on a weekday, we are excited that the turnout was impressive and the Awareness of the First Autism Film in Nigeria was a plus to our credibility to secure sponsorships for charity homes and to raise role models as advocates for more charitable projects, which is the essence of the Charity Lounge Lagos and we are at all times proud of our heroes’ Chaste Inegbedion (Executive Director, Creative Five World) says.
The next edition ‘CHARITY LOUNGE LAGOS 3.0’ will be held in commemoration ofNigeria’s 52nd Independence Anniversary and Cancer Awareness Month in October 2012.
