Cassper Nyovest just got his second Bentley in six months.
The high school dropout grew from being a member of disbanded music group, Childhood Gangsters (CHG) in 2004 to an eight-member group, Slow Motion, and then signed a solo deal with Motswako label in 2007 which he left two years later to set up a music label of his own.
The South African rapper has been on top of his game this year. Meanwhile, his breakup from his actress girlfriend, Boitumelo Thulo in December 2015, didn’t stop his career from buzzing.

He was awarded with both ‘Best Hip Hop’ and ‘Best Live Act’ awards at the 2016 MTV African Music Awards.
Those came after Cassper surpassed his 2015 record of filling a 20,000-capacity dome with his 2016 sold out concert at Orlando Stadium, a 40,000-capacity venue in South Africa.
It was one of the biggest music concerts of the year for Africa, boasting a star-studded lineup including SA acts Emtee, Nadia Nakai, Riky Rick, Babes Wodumo and one of Nigeria’s finest, Wizkid.

Also, Cassper’s old beef with fellow rapper, AKA, that led to both artistes recording diss tracks about each other since 2014 was also resolved at Taboo, a club where Cassper and his crew celebrated after a successful performance at Orlando Stadium in October.
The 25-year-old rapper is playing a different league to other African rappers including Sarkodie, Ice Prince, AKA, Shatta Wale and Olamide.
His achievements this year have been great, and nobody has come close to beating him.
With just two albums (Tsholofelo in 2014, Refiloe in 2015) already, Cassper is planning to fill up FNB stadium, an 80,000-capacity stadium in 2017, and we believe it is possible.
