Yes, the transgender, who lost concentration behind the wheels in the road tragedy which claimed a life, is suing the paps for ‘continuously, negligently, and recklessly operating their vehicles, tracking’ her.

According to E! News, Caitlyn, who in January 2016 settled the lawsuit filed against her by the step-children of Kimberly Howe, wants the paps to pay for their role in the mishap.
‘As a direct consequence and result of this stalking, harassing and distracting conduct, [Jenner] was visually distracted, and the negligence and reckless conduct of the Stalker Defendants did contribute to the cause of an accident where seconds and split seconds mattered,’ the lawsuit obtained by E! reads.
It seems like any lawsuit goes in the United States.
