The British Prime Minister, David Cameron has sent his best wishes to the Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton who is currently in labour to have the second royal baby at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, West London.
The Prime minister tweeted his best wishes on behalf of the whole country to the royal family.

My best wishes to the Duchess of Cambridge, who is having her second child today. The whole country will wish her well.
