The 21-year old aspiring actress, who was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta home on January 31,2015 is reportedly ‘progressing’ despite still being in a medically-induced coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.
Speaking at a candlelight prayer vigil in Riverdale, Georgia on Monday night, February 9, 2015, Bobbi’s cousin, Shayne Brown said: ‘She’s getting better. We just ask for people to continue to pray.’
Asked how Bobby Brown, the father of the ailing young woman is coping, he also told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: ‘Uncle’s in good spirits. It’s just family issues right now. Uncle just wants his privacy. The family wants its privacy.’
The R&B star’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, also poured cold water on reports his daughter will be taken off life support on the third anniversary of her mother, Whitney Houston‘s death.
He added: ‘This is a criminal investigation and the integrity of that process requires silence.’
