He is the fastest man on earth. He has a brand image that is worth millions of dollars. He is one of the most revered and respected sport personalities in the world.
But with several reports of Usain Bolt‘s philandering acts after his triumphant 2016 Rio Olympics outing, culminating in damning evidence of the sprinter cheating on his girlfriend with a 20-year-old Brazilian, one would imagine the lanky athlete would have a hard time convincing his girlfriend she is still the woman after his heart.
So, what would Kasi Bennett, Bolt’s Jamaican girlfriend do?

Fast forward to a week after, Bolt has been seen with Kasi, sharing a photo and video via his Snapchat, revealing that they are headed for a vacation together with a telling caption, ‘And it begins’.
While that is enough to suggest the Jamaican track king is somewhat embarking on a road to redemption with Kasi, that his 26-year-old girlfriend seems to have taken him back says a lot about him. And maybe about her.
Imagine the lengthy drama this would ensue with some of our sisters, irrespective of the man’s status? Our sisters don’t play like that… duh.

Maybe Bolt’s half sister, Christine was right after all, when she said of the headline-grabbing incident, ‘Kasi will be used to it by now. She is used to seeing pictures like this.’
