US actor and entertainer Aston Kutcher has been announced as the man that’ll play the late Steve Jobs in one of the two competing biopic about the life of the maverick Apple founder.
Kutcher, who bears a somewhat resemblance with the young Steve Jobs was confirmed on Tuesday that the film titled ‘Jobs’ will begin production in May 2012.
The 34-year-old who recently separated from wife Demi Moore will portray Jobs ‘through his rise from hippie to hugely revered technological entrepreneur as the co-founder of Apple Inc.’.
Steve Jobs died on October 5, 2011 at the age of 56 years after he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in his pancreas back in 2004.
