Nigeria’s foremost gay Pastor, Reverend Rowland Macaulay has said that the Nigerian President is violating human rights law with the recent passing of the ‘Anti-gay’ bill.
Macaulay, who is the founder and project director of Rainbow Fellowship ministries, wrote Saturday Vanguard a lengthy letter where he aired out his views on the recent development.
‘Since January12th, when the announcement was made, the LGBT-community has been thrown into panic. There is chaos throughout Nigeria as we are grappling with keeping up with mass arbitrary arrest, humiliation, blackmail, extortion and police corruption in several ‘charge and bail’ cases’, Macaulay wrote.
‘The Nigerian President and legislators have ignored the critical aspect of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and passed into law a legislation that is unjust’, he concluded.
Rowland Macaulay is Nigeria’s foremost open gay pastor who relocated to the United Kingdom recently, following allegations his life and that of his church members were being threatened.

''I'm ''gay'', who told you, it's a lie, a cooked-up? It's just a mind-set, you trained your mind that way. You may have being born with the bizarre passion- perverse sexual attraction, you sustain it by thinking in that line. You overtly made your experience the rule for your life.
I have met with folks who think that way,{I mean mingling with them} in over 18 countries of the world; mentioning few thus: Jamaica, Grand-Cayman, Cuba, America, Thailand, Britain, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey, Nigeria, Libya and others. The truth is nobody really is, it's only a product of wrong thinking. It's nothing but a program of dark world to keep the naïve in situation people become confuse about your life. Let everyone lies to you, that's bad enough, the worst lie is the one you told yourself. A fool says in his heart; '' There's no God, this is my life, so whatever I do with it is my business''. Sodomy tendency is dead 'nature', that's why it's unproductive. Yes, the entire God's order of creation was thrown into chaos, but He the Author of creation has done something to save it. Dear One, you must know that God's grace for salvation has a ''chronometer'' for each soul, and yours is running now even as you read these lines. Christianity saves no one, make no mistakes about that. Righteousness can never mix with sin, there's no child of God who feels comfortable in rot.
Acquiring an opposite sex friend or getting married as a cover-up instrument is not useful at all, wrong can not be used to conceal another wrong. ''My girlfriend'', ''My boyfriend'' as in bedmates is openly acceptable in a corrupt world but it's still evil in the sight of God and what He says is all that matters.
In the days of ignorance God overlooked wrong living but now in the days of the knowledge of the glory of our LORD, He commands all people everywhere to repent-change the way they think. Our Creator is not coaxing or pleading or advising – suggesting to us far from those, He commands us to choose life, He is Almighty God.
Come-on, light has come walk out of gross ignorance- darkness walk in the light of knowledge of the LORD!
To know God is to walk in the light of His Word- righteousness!
