2face Idibia has spoken for the first time since exchanging wedding vows with Annie Macaulay. And it was via microblogging site, Twitter where he confirmed that he has tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend and fiancée Annie Macaulay after a secret wedding on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.
The pop icon took to his Twitter account to confirm the news which had been going around for days, ‘Hello beautiful pple of the republic! It is true! It is official! Annie and I r legally married! Thanx 4 your support and best wishes’, @real2faceidibia tweeted.
And of course, the pop star got instant congratulatory messages from his fans and followers – all wishing him ‘Happy married life’.
As reported earlier, the couple tied the knot on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at a private registry wedding in Lagos.
