If you know what’s up about town, then you know that the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) is just around the corner (only days away, actually). The AMVCA is Multichoice’s annual event to celebrate exceptional achievements and talents in the television and film industry.
Besides being one of the biggest awards in television and film on the continent, the AMVCA is also famous for being a major showcase of African fashion. As a nod to the seventh edition of the award event, Multichoice and Africa Magic have announced a special award category – Best Dressed Male and Female – to recognise the best dressed guests on the red carpet and as a part of the highlights at the awards event on Saturday, 14th March. This award category is sponsored by Amstel Malta.
While we already can’t wait to see the mind blowing outfits all our favourite celebs will be wearing on the AMVCA night, it doesn’t mean you’re left out. Fans will be given the opportunity to select the winners of the award by liking their favourite photos from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The male and female pictures with the highest likes will be announced on stage as the winners of AMVCA’s first ever Best Dressed Award.
