Amidst his legal woes, 50 Cent announces he’s quitting Instagram

50 Cent had a bumpy 2015, and the beginning of his 2016 isn’t looking so smooth either. After filing for bankruptcy, a judge then questioned the validity of his financial woes when the rapper, real name Curtis Jackson, posted a photo of himself sitting next to stacks of money. He then told the  court that the money was fake and a lot of his luxury cars were rented.

Yet despite reaching an agreement with creditors, which will allow him to pay back only 3/4 of his debt, the rapper took to Instagram early Friday morning, March 11 to post several photos ranting about being treated differently in the courts due to his celebrity status.

When a judge reads a prepared statement to start proceedings to state they treat everyone the same in court. You should be concerned, I already new I would be treated differently. While using black-and-white photos of the homeless to illustrate his frustration, 50 Cent didn’t hold back his anger at what he believes has been an unfair mistreatment.

I have millions of dollar in my company’s, the court knows this. I was accused of committing fraud with nothing but a IG photo. I can careless what these people think of me but it’s not right.
